  • Pre-K, Kindergarten and First Grade Registration

    If you know of any younster who will be attending Frost Elementary Pre-K, Kindergarten or new to Frost for 1st Grade next year, please encourage his/her parents to come to school to register on March 30th or March 31st. 

    Bring the following information to the home school at the time of registration:

    • Proof of Residence (current utility bill with the physical address)
    • Social Security Card
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Record

    Please Note:  The registration will not be considered complete until copies of all required documents are made available to the school.

    The vision at Frost Elementary School is to prepare and motivate our students for a rapidly changing world by instilling in them critical thinking skills, a global perspective, and a respect for core values of honesty, loyalty, perseverance, and compassion. Students will have success for today and be prepared for tomorrow.


    Frost Elementary School’s staff, parents, and community are dedicated to the intellectual, personal, social, and physical growth of students. Our highly qualified staff recognizes the value of professional development in order to rigorously challenge students. Our teaching practices are both reflective and responsive to the needs of our students. Through diversified experiences, our students discover their potential, achieve readiness for college and careers, and succeed in a safe and caring environment.

  • Frost Elementary students collected 949 pounds of food for the Frostburg Food Pantry while participating in fun activites the week of October 26th!

  • Frost Elementary School is once again participating in the Martins A+ School Rewards.  Beginning October 9, 2015 through March 17, 2016 Frost will have the opportunity to earn cash through the Martin's School Rewards Program.  The school earns money for each dollar spent with the designated bonus card numbers.  Please contact the school office for more information on how to registered your bonus card.

  • Congratulations to all of the students who participated in the Accelerated Reader program this year!  The students earned 7104 points and exceeded our school goal of 5000.
